Refund Policy

Due to the customized nature of consulting and software development services, payments are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. If a project is cancelled before work begins, refunds may be considered at the discretion of Techquipo LLC. Any concerns regarding services will be addressed in accordance with the terms outlined in the client service agreement.
